I have a hankering to watch a good, scary film set in a castle- does such a thing exist? Any recommendations?

Bram Stokers Dracula, if you can find it. It’s on i-tunes. It’s a mix of horror with a love story woven in. The character studies and the London scenes are pretty awesome too. It’s a Coppola film - so you know it’s a treat. You have the castle at the beginning.

Crimson Peak is almost a castle. Gloriously over the top, with old fashioned prosthetic monsters mostly.

The Others is in a rambling old house. Will that do?

I second Crimson peak- bloody amazing movie and very spooky
The woman in Black( The Daniel Radcliffe version) not a castle but such a huge gothic mansion it should be enough!

All good suggestions thank you! I'm all up for gothic mansions too, having just finished Haunting of Bly Manor. Just want to watch something properly creepy and scary, and fed up of duff horrors, but I've watched everything Grin

Have you seen Haunting of Hill House?

What did you find in the end @ChrisChambersNeverMisses ?
