Career change advise

Hello
I’m a bit stuck currently and I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas for me!
I’ve recently finished an accountancy qualification- I work in an accounting technician role, processing payroll and invoicing etc.
I‘ve come to the conclusion that it’s not what I want to do long term. I hate the fact that it’s the same thing every day, it’s boring and it doesn’t make a difference to anyone’s life. It feels almost sole destroying, sitting at the same desk, staring at the same screen for 50 hours a week.
The only progression available is still the same thing every week, and I feel like while I still can, I want to retrain.
The problem is, I have absolutely no idea what I want to do. I am wanting a career, not a job, but I also want a family in the future, so I need something that will work around it. My own mother is nearing retirement age, however is still on minimum wage as she has no qualifications- I really want to be a good role model for my future family. I’d like to earn a good salary (40-60k when experienced!), but this isn’t the be all and end all, it’s just because I grew up very poor and don’t want that for myself now I’m older, or for any children if I’m lucky enough to have them. I have a house with a mortgage, and currently both my parter and I need to work full time in order to pay for this, so any qualifications, such as a degree (I currently just have GCSEs and my accounting qualification) will need to be done via distance learning.
I’ve got bad social anxiety, which obviously rules out a lot of jobs, and currently suffer with depression, which I’m working on, but I’m good with analysing data, and have good organisation skills. I absolutely love parts of my job when I need to find new solutions (very rare!), and I enjoy sorting problems. I’ve done a bit of temporary work in logistics as well, and I’d consider doing that again, but it’s still the same working in an office every day. I’ve managed people before, and I absolutely love learning new things. I don’t mind a job with difficult hours, I just want something fulfilling.
Does anyone know what i can retrain as? I don’t care how long it takes, I just know I will be happier working towards something I know will be fulfilling.

Thank you!

Take your accountancy qualification and join the nhs grad scheme. It doesn’t just lead to daily processing of numbers, there are a huge number of non clinical roles you can do including logistics and data analytics. If you want to they may also support you progressing your accountancy qualification.
Good luck!

What about training to code and being a systems developer?
