For me its my soup maker. Just chuick in all the ingredients, set to chunky or smooth and there is dinner.
No effort, not fuss, no chopping (I use frozen veg and ingredients from iceland) no no pre frying, just straight from freezer to soup maker and it bleeps when it's ready.
I'm post gastric band and struggle with anything but mashed things and soups so this is a Godsend.
It does smoothies also.

For me it's got to be my slow cooker! Love just being able to throw dinner in it then get on with my day knowing we have a lovely meal cooking for us.

Air fryer
Slow cooker

I hate cooking so I love just chucking stuff on to cook. I don't like hanging around the kitchen supervising and thinking things.

The soup maker sounds great OP.

I’d have a soup maker if it was dw proof 🤨.

I love my halogen oven, knife sharpener, defrost tray (make sure it’s dw proof).

Didn’t use the meat mallet or burger press as much as I thought.

Instant pot and air fryer.

Instant pot is an electric pressure cooker, handy in all sorts of ways. Does beans from dry to cooked in about 40 mins. Does a stew or Bolognese and keeps it warm until needed. Rice and curry at the same time by careful layering.

Air fryer makes frozen chips amazing, crisps up a microwaved jacket potato, does bacon, sausage, chicken pieces beautifully.

Slow cooker, especially in winter. We also use the rice cooker a lot even though it takes forever the rice comes out really nice.

Instant pot here too! Just enjoying some lovely rice pudding as I type. Also the Duo crisp ( air fryer/ pressure cooker sous vide etc in one) great for homemade chips and brownies.

What I genuinely can't do without is a decent knife. But that is a boring answer ;) I do love my mandolin slicer thing! Love it. Does what I need so easily, no big machine to take out and put away.

My Wok. It is cast iron, 25 years old and still going strong.

DD is not a fan of stir frys but DH and I use it regularly for a quick lunch and it is great to make curries as well.

Ice cream maker. It makes the BEST ice cream!
