Just wondered what approaches people use to address co workers who subtly or not so subtly put the knife in, manipulate bosses etc?
Do you call them out on it, or discuss with boss with evidence?
In my example my colleague claimed I hadnt passed on a list of jobs, so she didn't complete them. Later I found the list and she had signed as received but 'lost'. She does various things like this and never admits responsibility/blames others or me.
