For example I would hyperventilate, and concentrating on slowing my breathing often helped. If you feel faint sip a sugary drink and sit or lie down...

Op when I'm having a bad panic attack I find that doing something helps me focus and grounds me more quickly,

Tidying out a cupboard, dusting, just something to keep me busy until it passes.

Hope you feel better soon

I’m really worried about the virus...today my daughter can home and said that the child who sits next to her was not in school..on the day they are taking school phots so had to be something significant- I think this was the last straw..everything I was keeping under control just flooded through

I don’t have anyone to talk to...no family friends and my husband is not emotionally supportive..according to him we should not speak about how we feel which doesn’t help

It's okay to be worried, don't beat yourself up over it. Just keep an eye on your DD over the next few days but I'm sure if it's anything to be worried about, the school will keep you updated x

Hot water and I personally find a hot water bottle is very comforting after a panic or anxiety attack
