I've been working as a teaching assistant for 6 years. I'd love to get into the office and am confident it's a job I can do well but I don't know where to start! Most of the jobs advertised ask for experience which I don't have, but how can I get experience? Due to staff absence due to covid I was working in the office the last half term before summer and have been in the office all this week. My manager knows I want to become an AO and they've been impressed with my work but I can't really put that on a cv can I? I've got 7 weeks of experience
