Sister's 40th Birthday - stumped!

What do I get for the Sister who has everything? I mean, literally she has everything!

We have rented a big house for the weekend so my original plan of taking her to her favourite restaurant is now out the window as I've had to use the budget for that on the house (£200).

Her husband is buying her a Tiffany necklace, she already has Pandora, Tiffany and a Links bracelet. She has a Tag watch. I was thinking of a Pandora charm as she says she wants something to keep, but she mentioned in passing that she has too many being the go to presents over the years. She has perfumes coming out her ears.

I want to get her something lovely but I am well and truly stumped. Even my Mum is!!

If she ever wants something she just buys it. Where as I have to wait for birthday's/Christmas/mother's day if there is anything I want in particular.

Help!!

Why not get something like this

Theres lots of similar types of things that she wouldn't buy herself, like name a star, name a rose etc.

I always get that type of gift for people who have everything.

A sisters weekend away to a spa or something along those lines

You can buy a copy of The Times from the date of her birth in a presentation box ( other papers probably available).
How about making up a photo album of your lives together?

When it was my 40th, my sister got me an antique silver bookmark. I also wanted something to keep and love to read. Not so good if she's a kindle sort, obvs, but can pick those up on Ebay for as much or little as you want to pay.

I think if my sister had already spent £200 on renting a house to throw me a party and I could buy myself anything I wanted whenever I wanted while she had so little disposable income that she was never able to spend anything on herself, I wouldn't want her spending money she didn't have on pointless crap like naming a star or rose to be honest.

OP, you've already done enough, but if you want to hand something over to her, just get her a bunch of flowers or bottle of fizz to go with the party.
