My parents are looking to move to the Wirral. Just wondering why the houses in Ellesmere Port have come up so cheap?

That Port Sunlight house is cheap because it is on New Chester Road. It will be very noisy.

Liscard is a mix. Wallasey Village is nicer, some parts are quite close to the prom. There will be more garages.
