Keep in mind that NHS interviews are points based. So whatever question they ask you, they want to be able to check off certain things they would expect you to know on that topic.
So for example if they ask you about a patient with out of range vital signs, they might want you to mention knowing what is normal for the patient, news scoring, escalating, reassessing, documentation, follow up etc.
Or they might ask about pressure sores and again it's stuff like risk assessment, documentation (again), reporting, holistic assessment, nutrition, equipment, referrals etc.
Or signs of abuse it would be things like safeguarding, mental capacity, knowing what to do.
Good general themes for first jobs are knowledge of the nursing process, holistic assessment, knowing legal guidelines, policies and procedures, nmc code, seminal reports (eg mid staffs), 6 c's, also general issues in the nhs, they might well ask you about Covid and how it has changed how you work. They also tend to be hot on improving practice/quality initiatives so try to think of some way, however small, you have changed or improved practice (or just make one up)
Good luck!
