Savoury snack for toddlers

We are in a bit of a rut with eating for my 19m old. He mainly likes to snack on (and for lunch) have things like : oat cakes with nut butter, pitta bread, fruit, breadsticks...

I'm looking for some savoury ideas so I can encourage more vegetables - what are your favourites please?

My 16 month old loves these avocado muffins

I find hummus and breadsticks or veggies good or a quesadilla with cheese/onion/tomato is handy for little prep.

I literally just lightly grease a cup cake / muffin tin and pre heat the oven to 190 (fan)
I beat probably 5/6 eggs with a splash of milk in a bowl or jug.
Place veg in each tin hole then cover in the egg mix and add a little grated cheese on the top and bake for about 18 minutes.

I either leave them to cool and serve right away or keep them in the fridge and reheat them the next day.

I found a proper recipe here from bbc good food but haven't tried it!! www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/toddler-recipe-mini-egg-veg-muffins/amp

These are great thank you!

Lots to try!

He doesn't like the texture of houmous / soft cheese - he is deeply suspicious when I offer it!
