I want to make so many changes as l lack a routine and things have gone to pot.
It’s a bit overwhelming so I’m thinking of breaking things down into 30 minute sessions.
Things like 30 minutes of exercise, 30 minutes of cleaning, 30 minutes of self care/pampering, 30 minutes of reading a book.
Does anyone do things like this in a structured way?
I’m hoping it will work for me.
