Can someone confirm to me that the A level predicted grades are the ones submitted to ucas for university offers? Thank you

UCAS and the universities currently have the moderated grades and the predicted grades from when the applicant applied. They don't yet have the CAGs (teacher grades). The exam boards have them and will have to release them to UCAS, who will then transmit to the universities.

Do you mean when the application is made , usually early y13? Teachers predicted grades are submitted and offers made/not on the back of them pending exam results. However the CAG grades used this year instead of exams may not be the same as predicted as there is more data on which to assess.

No, predicted grades are different to UCAS predictions. We issue final predictions (every school calls them something different) just prior to Easter in Y13. CAGs are different again.
