Due to lockdown/summer holidays we have been eating far too much rubbish and too many snacks. We need to get back to eating healthily, meals are fine but I've always struggled to find healthy snacks for the DC as they like cheese strings/pepperamis/dunkers/crisps etc and they are constantly moaning about being hungry!
Any suggestions? They don't like hummous/dips really or raw veg except cucumber & lettuce but fruit is fine and they will have that for a snack but complain they are still hungry after.
