Might just be me..... but I really feel this pandemic has aged me mentally and physically am not feeling my best self either.
Am back at work whilst dp and kids been wfh.
I know I’m lucky to be alive .... there’s so many things I’m grateful for but.....

@crosser62 I hear you- my tolerance is v low too now.
I’m not sure the self care rules apply when sometimes the problem is too big.i can only try.what I did feel helpful today was to go out somewhere relaxing ( sod the housework) and not to a crowded place- just greenery.
But I’d love a week at home with nobody in it needing me is the reality but then feel bad for thinking that thought!! I guess there’s no answers as to what exactly will help .... but it shows me that not everyone is out there leaving their best life ever either! There are ppl feeling the same!
