Anyone else finding the easing more difficult than lockdown

Basically pretty much all my friends seem very relaxed about things and are desperate eg to go shopping or go to pubs etc
On the other hand, the thought of pubs does not appeal to me in the slightest just now as with alcohol I reckon a lot of folk will forget about social distancing etc
I seem to be the only one of my friends who wish the government would take things as slowly as possible.
Anyone else?

I’m happy the govt is opening up shops and pubs, I don’t think the British public would put up with lockdown much longer. And I want to go back to work.

But I haven’t been shopping except for food.for 13 weeks. No beach, no park, no family parties, no holiday planning. I’ll avoid the pub for another week or two.
Everyone has to decide what level of risk they can live with. You sound more risk-averse than your friends. That’s all.

Yes it is like that. For some more than others. Take your time and do it at your pace.

I'm certainly finding it more confusing. Beyond the fact I can go to whatever shops are open, I really don't know what I am and aren't allowed to do. And nor do the police, from what I've been reading! And since my workplace doesn't fit any of the neat categories the government have mentioned, I haven't got a clue when I'll be asked to come back in.

I was worried a few weeks ago when I had to go back to work. Feel fine now and appreciate being out. I still do not go to the aupermarket, won’t go to the pub and I am doing it step by step. I don’t miss the shops at all and I like too see how much money I saved too. So I intend to keep that for a while

I am happy with the easing. Not everyone will be comfortable with things at the same time, do it's natural that some people will blaze the trail, others will follow soon after and others will take ages to get back to normal. Even if things are open, you are not forced to go.

I'm another one who is confused about what the rules are right now (I'm in Scotland). I was also on the shielding list but then got a letter saying I had been removed a week ago so know I am vulnerable but not sure exactly how high my risk levels are.

I did my first non-food shop earlier (to B and M to buy some stuff for the kitten I am bringing home tomorrow) and it felt really weird. I won't be going to pubs, restaurants or busy places for a long time as my anxiety levels about the virus are still high.

No, I am becoming more relaxed daily but most of my friends feel like you so it's really common. You are lucky though as you can do what you want. Noone is forcing you to leave your house if you don't want to. Unlike lockdown which was forced on me even though I didn't want it.

I actually like social distancing (don't want to rub shoulders with strangers) and it was so peaceful going for a walk when everything was shut. I'm pleased for the economy that we're opening up again but was a bit disconcerted to be one of only 2 people in a large sainsburys wearing a mask yesterday - I hope people don't think it's all over.
