Does this flooring quote sound ok?

I have no clue, never bought flooring before so need a sense check. Am having lino put down upstairs as I've got 2 hairy dogs, it'll be easy to keep clean and I can't really affort anything nicer. It's a 1960's semi 3 beds (1 is a box room) landing and bathroom, everywhere needs boarding first as the floorboards aren't flat. Quote has come in at £2600 which I thought was high for lino?

Is that the lino and fitting or just fitting? It does sound a bit high.

Have they got to screed underneath or fit hardboard underneath the lino?

I'd get another couple of quotes, see if you can get it a bit lower.

Sorry, just reread your post and saw the part about boarding. I think that's what can send the price higher. We had to get our kitchen floor screaded and it was quite pricey.

That's for everything, boarding, fitting and the lino

How many square feet or square metres?
Are the rooms awkward shapes?
