Help with repairing my teeth.

I'm a ex drug addict and unfortunately I managed to strip all the enamel off my teeth while using meaning they stain easily, also they are sensitive. Is there anything I can do to whiten them without further damaging them?

Firstly, well done on getting sober! Star Congratulations.
I have sensitive teeth and drink a lot of PepsiMax (Staining.) I use Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief + Whitening Toothpaste 75ml it really does help with the sensitivity, and it removes the staining.
Good luck, I hope you find something that works for you. Smile

Firstly congratulations on managing to get off the drugs. That cannot have been easy.

Secondly, I agree with 73kitty that a whitening toothpaste with a "sensitive" repair would be a good start.

I also have low enamel but it has just worn down over the years so it can just happen naturally anyway, it does not single you out as an ex-drug user. Having done extensive research any professional whitening comes with the risks of it being quite painful. I am happy to be corrected by a dentist but recently I started looking into tooth bonding (where they use the white filling product and mould it onto your teeth) and even veneers. But dentists suggest whitening teeth the other first so it is probably a no for me.

Have you got a dentist you can ask when this lockdown is over?

Thanks both, yes I have a dentist I drink a lot of coke so my teeth stain easily dentist told me I could have them whitened but that any product they use will make them more sensitive and mean I need bleaching more often. She suggested pro namel which I have been using it helps with the sensitivity but doesn't whiten them.
