If you had £100 to spend on yourself, what would you buy?

I’m leaving a well loved work team after 3 years and they’ve had a whip-round and have got just over £100 to spend on me (not really supposed to know but my boss has told me as hey don’t know what to get me). This is incredibly cringey as had I had known I’d have told them a bunch of flowers would have done the job. But it’s a delightful dilemma to have.

What do I want? Absolutely no idea. Ideally something lasting to remember the team by, and probably not vouchers as not sure what will still be open by the time I next get to the shops.

Inspire me. What would you want to receive in that budget?

I’d get a big plant, either for indoors or the garden

My boss actually let slip that they had £250 to spend so have asked for a purple le creuset pan. Was on my lust list but had decided it was too expensive, so will be a real treat as well as regularly used and reminding me of my lovely team. Feeling very humbled by their generosity, flattered and grateful.

There is a brilliantly used clothing store near me. I'd literally be able to get a whole summer wardrobe with £100!

That is SUCH a lovely choice OP. It’ll last forever. Also purple is a good choice!

A new set of baking equipment, scales, tins etc. Silicone instead of metal!

A REALLY nice pair of pretty, comfy floral summer pyjamas for lounging around the house. And the rest on some posh chocolate Grin
