Can you recommend a cook book?

Lockdown has meant that I’ve worked my way through my repertoire of recipes and can’t find any more inspiration in the cook books I have

Can you recommend any new ones for me? Prefer ones that don’t have a gazillion ingredients in each recipe. Any cuisine. Thanks

Nigel Slater’s Real Food is fabulous - good simple recipes, I also use Nick Nairn’s Scottish Classics recipes aren’t too fussy but really good food.

For Indian, Urban Rajah's Curry Memoirs by Ivor Peters is great. I picked it up in The Works, for a few quid, which made it even better.

Another vote for the Quick Roasting Tin cookbook. The 2nd Pinch of Nom cookbook is good too (Every day light).

I also really like the Hello Fresh cook book, lots of nice complete meal ideas, without too many complicated ingredients.
