Can i add peppermint oil to melted chocolate or will it seize?

Hmm I think it would be ok...I'd let the chocolate cool a little first... could you take a teaspoon of chocolate out and do a little test before you do the whole lot?

I thought it was for oil burners and such, or are there different types?
