In US TV shows when people are arrested they are sometimes in a room with their lawyer with a blacked out window. The FBI, Prosecutors etc always say that they can't watch whilst they talk to their lawyer. Do you think in reality they do watch to help build their case, see what is said, etc? Or would there normally be a room with no blacked out windows/cameras to stop that?
Sometimes when someone is in prison a friend/family member shows up and prisoner is surprised to see them. Can people just go and visit someone in prison without the prisoner knowing they are coming?
I've got some more...
