Before breakfast? After breakfast?

Just before going out to school/work?

We do after breakfast (and before getting dressed for day)

@namesnamesnamesnames

Basically, bacteria multiplies overnight. If you eat before brushing, the bacteria feeds on the new food. Gross.
But surely it doesn't matter if you're brushing it away after?

After breakfast. I odnt see the point in brushing before breakfast.

Before breakfast. If you brush straight after then the enamel is soft and you're literally brushing it away
