Hi, does anyone have one? I really want a pranamat but they are so expensive. Does anyone have a cheaper alternative that's got good reviews? Thanks

I have a bed of nails - no idea if cheaper and still quite expensive. I love it - I use it at least three times a week on my back and it has stopped my shoulder from “fizzing” whilst I can’t see my osteo. I want a pillow next - one of the curved ones. (I also sit on it which is very painful to try and get rid of my cellulite Grin)

Yes, I have one, with the pillow. Fifteen quid off amazon & have used it every day since, before bed to "decompress" before I go to sleep. Has really helped some back problems, obviously not cured, but during lockdown, we do what we can! Sleep has also improved, totally recommended!

I got a Base Yoga acupressure mat from Amazon for £22. Takes a bit of getting used to but I absolutely love it. It has helped my anxiety and improved my sleep quality massively.

It called this - ROMIX Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set, Pain Relief Stress Reduction
Price is now £20 on Amazon but I'd still say it was worth the money
