'Can't make up their minds' on herd immunity is because not enough information was known about what/if antibodies are produced. There are reports in the papers today that the Pasteur Institute in France (v prestigious) has found most people even with mild CV develop antibodies.

I don't think we have to agree with the govts handling to recognise people who have done a good job. They are not policy makers and anger is should be directed to the govt, not the scientists.
