Recommend me some cookbooks

This lockdown has made me get slightly more adventurous with cooking. I normally have a lack of time as both me and DH work full time shifts with a toddler.

I'm trying to lose weight as well, so can anyone recommend me some healthy cookbooks? :)

Unfortunately I'm slightly fussy with food which I'm working hard to overcome but a lot of 'healthy' meals rely on fish which I really cannot face.

Pinch of Nom. I have the every day light one, where everything is under 400 cal.

It has loads of recipes and they are quite easy to follow. And use mostly store cupboard ingredients. I don't have to go out especially for certain ingredients.

On a less healthy view, I like the Gordon Ramsay ones, I have his ultimate home cooking, and cookery course, which is really nice for fancy, but actually easy food. I've made these a couple of times for a breakfast.

I use most-
Fay Ripley - Fay's Family Food
Jamie Oliver - Ministry of Food (good for lots of basics- stews, curries, pasta dishes, roasts, salads)
Mumsnet cookbook - Top Bananas
Mary Berry's Baking Bible - the best for bread, cake, biscuits, puds
Netmums cookery book - Feeding Kids

Also I've heard great things about the Roasting Tins books for all in one traybakes.

Delia is very good for basics and bbc good food website is excellent at giving you ideas for any ingredients you have around, or meals in categories.
