DS has some physical quirks developmentally. Should I be worried?

I’m lying awake really worrying. He starts secondary school in September which is exacerbating my anxiety so I don’t know if I’m right to be concerned or not.

When he was around 7/8 he started to develop light pubic hair. We saw our gp who reassured us it was within the rage of normal. It seemed really early to me. At age 11 he now has a fair bit of armpit hair.

He has most of his baby teeth still. I think he’s only lost around 8. I’ve mentioned this to the dentist at the last few check ups. He assured me it’s normal but at the last appointment said his k9 teeth were at the point of being ‘behind schedule’ to be lost but he could feel the adult teeth in his gums. He does have his very back molars through which is early but again was no cause for concern.

I’m worried that he may have some kind of endocrine disorder going on. It seems a bit odd to have armpit hair and baby teeth at the same time.

I’ve never told the dentist about his puberty (I mean you wouldn’t would you ‘he’s got pubes mr dentist’!!)

Please go easy on me. I hope I’m just being neurotic.

He was 8 sorry when he started to develop public hair, nearly 8 and a half. Not 7!

FFS I need to go back to sleep. All these little worries feel so much worse in the middle of the night!

My son started to get armpit hair early, around 8 too I think. Quite alarming when they're still your baby!
He also had to have his baby canines removed around a year ago to make way for the big ones coming through. All went fine although he's on a waiting list for braces.
He's 13.5 now, going into 3rd year at secondary and absolutely fine, fit and healthy.
No other advice really but try not to worry

my son was 16 before he lost the last of his baby molars. It wasn't an issue and the dentist didnt seem worried about it. He definitely had pubic hair by that age!
