I have lots of double cream - what can i make?

I have a huge tub of double cream which was substituted for the much smaller pot I'd ordered. It went out of date today but it's still fine but now open so needs using up

Anyone got any good recipes that require the use of lots of cream, ideally something that keeps or can be frozen. I thought of fudge, but the recipes i've seen with cream seem to require glucose syrup, not sure how essential that is?

Sticky toffee pudding? My dh makes a Gary Rhodes recipe which uses double cream to make the toffee sauce. It's absolutely delicious. Can also be frozen once made

No churn ice cream, it works really well. But I’d make dauphinois and freeze.

If I had cream I'd be making liqueur coffees tonight
with Cointreau whilst watching Eurovision

Milk chocolate truffles or Bailey's truffles. Delicious and full of far too much cream (if there is such a thing) also only 2 or 3 ingredients each so dead easy! Freezeable too if they last that long.
