A gift for my team - any ideas

I'd like to get my team a small thing each to thank them for their efforts over the last 7 weeks. My budget isn't massive - no more than £10 pp but just want to send them a wee pick me up and express my thanks for everything they've done to pull together and get us into a stronger position since March. Any ideas? Obviously something that's send-able! TIA!

Amazon vouchers? I don't normally 'agree' with vouchers as a gift but in lockdown I think there's a case for them.

AlCalavicci · 08/05/2020 12:55

Are they all still working together ( in office factory etc ) or from home ?
If they are all together can you get a couple of fancy hampers for them to share while at work, fancy biscuits, coffee, tea , sweets , fruit

Or when this is all over take them out for coffee / beer

Viviennemary · 08/05/2020 12:56

I agree with vouchers of some sort. Not a little gift because you won't please everybody.

Raera · 08/05/2020 13:06

Let them order a takeaway and put it on expenses

BlingLoving · 08/05/2020 13:10

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I'm not sure it's worth it for £10. I mean, by the time you've paid the delivery fee, it's really only £7.50 or whatever? If you're likely to all be back together soon, I'd agree that a nice takeaway lunch could work out well. Otherwise, the best option is just an amazon voucher they can use towards something else.

Spied · 08/05/2020 13:11

Send them all a hand written card and a 'voucher' for them all promising a paid couple of days off of their choice later in the yearSmile

DonLewis · 08/05/2020 13:13

What kind of work do they do?

TwinklyLightsForXmas · 08/05/2020 13:46

It's office based work but they are all working from home at the moment and juggling multiple things - elderly parents, children, anxiety etc.

It's unlikely that we'll be together for a while as my organisation is not planning to rush back to the office so I'd like to send something now rather than wait until we are reunited. Thanks for the link to the previous thread. Will read that.

My company have just sent us all a £10 amazon voucher and it was very welcome. Ordered a couple of books using it

Futureplanning · 08/05/2020 16:05

My company sent a big box of chocolates, the gesture was really appreciated.

Can you give them a day off paid or something? Maybe some wellbeing time?
