Educational Apps for reception reccomendations?

We are home schooling using DS schools resources at the moment but sometimes I let DS go on his tablet when we really have to get on with things.
He's playing just general games on his Amazon kids tablet and watching some kids YouTube but I would really like to get him on some reception age educational apps to help with catching up a little as he's a bit behind the curriculum at the moment.

Can anyone recommend any good English and Maths apps for Reception age? Free or paid I don't mind as long as it's not a subscription.

My youngest is in reception, and we use Mathletics and eBooks on Oxford Owl

Teach monster is ace. The ins and outs of it baffled me a bit because there's different t worlds and levels and they collect prizes etc but my dd in reception totally got it and soared through the levels.

Teach your Monster to Read - Definitely. It really helped my son with his phonics.

Otherwise, I don't think we used many apps, but would highlight recommend the Numberblocks tv programme. It explores numbers in all sorts of ways, very visual. There are a lot of episodes on Kids iPlayer.

Reading eggs. It has/d a free trial month but no payment details required to get it. I then bought a year's subscription because I like it.

Teach monster to read is either free or about £1. Again reception child seems to like it. Only really word/phonics recognition though - reading eggs does do some actual tracing of letters in the early bits (no idea about later on!)

Are there any apps that encourage correct letter formation? DD responds better to apps than me and although the end result can be neat she does some crazy stuff forming her letters.

Hairy phonics apps. Really well designed for learning to read via phonics and also writing letters with correct formation.
