Online baby clothes?

My 1&2 year old Dds have had a bit of a growth spurt- theres little in age difference and they're now about the same size (having made the most of not having to buy much new for Dd2!)

I used to buy online at mothercare, but as is no more, where's good to go for some decent quality, washes/lasts well stuff?

Boots, Next, H&M, George Asda, Sainsbury's TU

INeedNewShoes · 30/04/2020 12:27

John Lewis
Sainsbury
Gap

I've always really rated the quality of Asda kids' leggings over any other brand.

the sale section (and the website as a whole, although some things are a little pricey) of heimoose.co.uk is worth a look, as well as laredoute.co.uk x

Thanks Smile

I've had a quick look at the John Lewis website and quite like the Baby Joule stuff, I don't mind spending a bit more as they're both in the same clothes, as long as it last well and survives the wash for a bit!

@sleepismysuperpower1 I like the heimoose clothes! Your definitely right about shopping in the sale section though, I dont mind the occasional splurge on a nice dress/jacket but £50 for a romper suit! Shock-

I love M&S baby clothes and next. Sainsbury’s are also really good quality I’ve found

FiddlefigOnTheRoof · 30/04/2020 12:59

Marks and Sparks.

Gap is flimsy, John Lewis shrinks very badly.

covetingthepreciousthings · 30/04/2020 13:01

I really like Frugi, it is more than the high Street, but they usually have good sales and I've always found the clothes wash well.

Pinkflipflop85 · 30/04/2020 13:03

H&m but you could be in for a long wait at the moment.

Our baby clothes have finally been shipped after 23 days.

reluctantbrit · 30/04/2020 13:11

Boots, M&S, Next and H&M are good quality.

I found Sainsbury lovely but the quality meant they were used for nursery or messy play mainly.

dontcallmelen · 30/04/2020 13:13

M&S, Boden washes really well & longlasting, Sainsbury’s are good for leggings & cardigans are good quality, monsoon wears well, next & they also sell frugi, joules stuff I have had hasn’t worn as well & gone out of shape which was disappointing for the price, jojo Bebe is lovely put pretty expensive.

INeedNewShoes · 30/04/2020 13:31

John Lewis shrinks very badly.

I've been really lucky with this. Sleepsuits have all worn/washed better than any other brand and DD is still wearing her 9-12m shorts at the age of 3!

Taddda · 30/04/2020 13:40

Is that John Lewis own brand? Just on their website now-

Thanks for the heads up about Baby Joule, they've got a 60% off on their website so was considering..

I dont know why I didn't think of M&S ! I've bought some lovely stuff from there before, just didn't come to mind! Thank you 👍

Yy John Lewis sleepsuits they have lasted longer than any other ones.

FiddlefigOnTheRoof · 30/04/2020 17:48

Marks and Sparks was a revelation to us.

Yes, I mean John Lewis one brand. The fabric is good and thick, so woven stuff (dresses, dressing gowns, shirts) are good, but we haven’t had a single pair of pjs that hadn’t gone down one size after a month
