As you may be able to tell, I don't each pickle very often. Just pulled the jar out the fridge and it's 3 years out of date ShockBlush It looks and smells fine..?

Risk it or bin it?

Of course you won’t, Pickle is a way of preserving. If it’s not mouldy and smells ok, it’ll be fine. Hell, I’ve got homemade pickle older than that waiting to be eaten.
