Screen time during LD

Just wondering really.

If I'm honest my two DC (9 and 6) are spending a good portion of their day playing Roblox on iPads.

I get them to do a couple of pieces of their school online work straight after breakfast as this seems to be the best time for concentration. DS is pretty good really and just gets on with it, DD is more of a struggle and seems quite behind in my opinion.. so we have been setting her more badic stuff to do, which her teacher is fine with.

Then its pretty much off onto the games.. I turf them out into the garden a few times a day ( obvs the good weather has helped) but they gravitate back inside after about 15 mins and onto games.

I do take them away, and much protesting ensues but I get a few board games out/ puzzles for DD and we do that for a bit.

They watch a film maybe ( Harry Potter the fave at the moment), but then its back to pestering for the ipads again.

I just wondered if this was the case with other families with youngish primary kids? I feel guilty all the time ( always have with my kids from day dot) that I should be doing more: be more engaged etc, which is exhausting. I have my own MH problems too. OH helps a bit but is working full time from home with.a full schedule .

How is everyone else coping? Are you all getting loads done with your kids? Have to slackened off the screen time rules at this time?

I have slackened screen time rules, but I have used the screentime feature (how to do so here) to limit what apps they have access on. so, say they have access to roblox from 12-1, but the rest of the day only have access to khan academy kids, lightbot, headspace kids, gonoodle etc which are more educational but still fun.
