Recipe for any fish:

In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, grated cheddar, some green herbs if you have them (dill, flat leaf parsley, chives, even basil would all work), salt & pepper, crushed garlic. Mix in melted butter or olive oil until the crumbs are a bit damp and hold together a little bit when squished together.

Put fish skin side down on baking paper on a pan. Mound breadcrumbs on top of the fish to make a crust. Drizzle with a bit of oil. Bake at 200c for 12-15 mins. Eat with pretty much any vegetable on the side, a green salad, whatever.

  • wrap chicken in some parma ham and put in oven for about 40 mins & serve with some new potatoes & salad
  • chicken fajitas you fry chicken, onion, pepper in some fajita powder then put in a wrap with some sour cream
  • roast chicken is easy you just put chicken in the oven in a dish & you could serve with jacket potato, salad & coleslaw
