My phone is kaput but can't get to buy a new one?

My phone and contract is with Sky Mobile. But there doesn't appear to be any way to contact a sales department. Phone won't work, so not sure what to do? I'll be lost without a phone!

Do you know which email address because finding any contact details for sales/enquiries is impossible on their website?

I hope you manage to sort something out OP. We normally get phones off eBay and then have a SIM only deal. I don’t know if I’d trust eBay right now though 🤷‍♀️

and someone gave me one for free. You could do contact free pick up?

Can you log into your account online? I can check my contract and upgrade my o2 contract online without speaking to anyone.

If you need to speak to friends/family could you put your sim in your husbands phone to send a message with his number to contact you on?

If you go on the Sky website you can check if you are due for an upgrade. Even if you aren’t then you will be able to find out details of your contract etc.
If I were you I would phone to say you want to upgrade and then see if that person can put you through to the right dept.

I just dropped something on my stupid glass cooker (tin with tea in it so not that heavy) and now stupid glass stove top is broken. Cracked and chipped. I hope it keeps working for a while as it will be difficult to replace at the moment.

My account is the last thing on the list options If you go into bills it has info about sky mobile. Hopefully this should help if not then you can look through past bills to see when your contract started

Look to see if there is a number for new sign ups, and ask them to transfer you onto someone who can help.

At £12 a month I’m guessing you bought the phone outright. I pay £13 for a SIM only contract.

You can still go to the sky mobile site and order a new phone and give you options on contracts and so on. Think delivery time is normally 1-3 days
