This Richard Branson lark has probably made me angrier than it should. It just frustrates me that so many people are at risk of losing their jobs and homes and a man who is worth 4 billion wants the Government to help keep his brand afloat.

I seem to remember him saying about BA and their staff a slightly politer version of

'Fuck 'em. I don't give a toss. Let them lose their livelihoods. They wouldn't be asking for money if they weren't shit at managing the company in the first place'

IIRC , VA is partially owned by Delta/United. But rent-a-brand son isn't going see many of my tax paid pounds, along with a number of others who've done nothing to cover themselves in glory through this.
