Sagging skin on tops of arms and belly after slow weight loss

Hi
I have only lost 10lbs over 2 months and the skin on my upper arms and belly has started to sag. I had this last time I had lost weight too and it went when I gained it back.
Can anyone please recommend exercises or anything to sort it out as I am getting married and won't wear my dress with my arms looking like this.
Thanks for any help

you can't really do anything if the skin is stretched except add bulk to the area with either muscle or fat to fill it out again, or get the skin removed with surgery

Thanks for the reply its not bad enough for surgery, do you think weights would work?

Unless you want to fill the skin back up again, your options are surgery or spandex. I'm trying to approach mine as a "well, I'd rather have all this skin sagging and empty than filled with all the fat I used to have".

(I've lost about 5st, though, so a whole different level of sag than yours, I'm sure!)

A rowing machine fixed mine.

What about dry brushing to improve the circulation. How old are you? Perhaps a collagen supplement might help the skin's elasticity. Moisturise after showering too to make the skin look better.
At least no-one will see your tummy!

There's no exercises that will work on skin unfortunately OP. Really wish there was but once skin is stretched that's usually it unless it's filled out again.
Well do e on the weight loss though and congratulations on your upcoming wedding. I hope it's far enough away that current things don't affect it.

@BadlyAgedMemes I think I would rather fill it out again than have this it looks awful

@Mashedspud that sounds interesting so maybe weights may help?

@Krakovdawn I have got a rush so worth a try I do moisturise every day. I am 58 so maybe thats why I am pruney now :)

@Dazedandconfusedpart2 Thank you! My wedding was supposed to be 20th June so I don't imagine it will happen now although the vicar has advised to sit it out and see what is happening at the end of May so nothing cancelled by us as yet.

I don't fancy wearing my dress with my arms like this though! I wanted to lose weight to get waist definition and lose any back fat but this is worse than a bit of plump Grin
