I have now thought of what I should have said to the idiot standing close behind me this morning who only stepped back when I gave him a filthy look.

What I said

Excuse me?

What I should have said

Two metres sunbeam, and if you're not sure thats about a hundred times longer than your dick.

Can you imagine the look on his face as he's trying to do the math?

I had some crazy bitch shout at me in a supermarket a couple of weeks ago. I was well away from her but obviously from her perspective, not far enough (this was before all the tape appeared on the floor). What I will say is that’s a really good way to either start an argument or get a fist in your face. The people behind me were so offended on my behalf he was about to give her a mouthful.

I did feel tearful but just put my head down and didn’t react. So I’m not going to be shouting 2m at anyone. My plan is just to go out as little as possible.

That sounds awful justanother , I think two weeks ago we were all a lot more jumpy but that doesn't justify being mean and aggressive.

Just to be clear Iam not a crazy bitch I didn't shout at him, and wouldn't shout at him, and probably wouldn't have said anything other than my polite excuse me (with ? Inflection) even if I had thought of anything else to say at the time.

But he was a dick. And although he doesn't know it, all mumsnet now knows he was.
