What are you doing over easter weekend?

Easter egg hunt, bbq, extended family zoom meeting, board games, film

I'm working Fri, Sat and Mon. Sunday we are doing jobs around the house, I'm going to gloss the playroom first

Working extra shifts (NHS)
Hopefully enjoying a bit of sunshine in the garden afterwards.

Completing a job application. Exciting (genuinely). Fingers crossed.

Try to eat vegetables, try not to have crippling anxiety/panic attack about work/career/recent life choices. Going to be busy.

I’m sad we aren’t having our usual family Easter Sunday party so we are having something completely different.

I’m thinking pizza and pjs day. We bought DS a Nintendo (In desperation) before lockdown but haven’t had to get it out yet so might unveil that.

Friday night has become our regular family film night. Saturday night DD is having a “sleepover” in DS’s room. He is only 1.5 so won’t understand, she is 4 and is very excited.
Sunday we’ll do an Easter egg hunt, have some awkward FaceTime conversations with family, do a nice lunch and some baking.
Throughout the weekend I’m going to make everyone spend as much time in the garden enjoying the sunshine and taking a nice daily walk. Will get the sprinkler and water table out if it’s hot enough.
