How many cups of coffee or tea do you drink a day?

As above, around 2 coffees and 5 teas for me....I’m finding making a hot drink also curbs the need to snack while house bound? Anyone else?

2 earl greys and 1 cappuccino in the morning.

1 or 2 decaf earl greys in the afternoon

2 coffees in the morning, any more and I find it affects my sleep.

Have an occasional tea/mint tea in the afternoon.

2 x tea and 2 x coffee a day

I don't drink either tea or coffee!

I have a coffee machine and its just too quick n easy. Ive had 5 today and 1 tea. But tends to take my appetite away so ive hardly eaten.

Pre-lockdown: 1 cup of tea when I got to work, 1 at lunchtime and maybe 2 in the evening.

Now: 1 cup of tea when I get up, 1 mid morning, 1 at lunchtime, 2 in the afternoon, 3 or 4 in the evening. I make a cuppa if I get bored.

8-10 Pint mugs of coffee
No tea

7 or 8 mugs of tea per day. I don't drink coffee.

2 coffees at 10am

None, but I hate both.

6-8 cups of tea per day and no coffee (love the smell hate the taste).

2 teas (black tea with a hint of mint )

On average I'd say 3 teas and 2 coffees here!

One coffee in the morning and one tea at work. I have sugar in both so I try not to have too many.

I don't really like tea, but my non-sleeping wonderchild inspired me to start drinking it. I have 1 in the morning, sometimes 1 in the afternoon.
