Can anyone recommend a recipe book?

So last week I was full of cold and I ended up googling a recipe for a chicken and matzo ball soup. Now I've never had it before so I've no idea if I made it well or not but it felt so nice to be eating something warm and nutritious. I think I've fell into a bit of a waffles and pizza trap trying to juggle everything this past week.

Anyway it made me think I'd love to make more meals that are just packed full of things that are good for you. Not things that are omitting things (gluten free/dairy free/low cal/low carb) but every time I try and google nutritious cookery book or whatever it just seems to link to different diet books.

Basically I'm after a recipe book full of lovely recipes that are packed full of things that are good for you. Can anyone recommend one for me please so I can stick some on my kindle?

Green roasting tin- lots of lovely veggie things, really easy to make and if you like it there is a meat one and various others.

Claire Thompson’s books ‘The Art of the Larder’ and ‘the 5 o’clock apron’ are full of lovely recipes, also, Anna Jones ‘A modern way to Cook’. Both have nutritious, but very tasty recipes in

I really like Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, Veg (the first one)

Also, look on BBC Good Food for quick recipe ideas.

The happy pear! Their roast veg bake in red pepper and almond butter sauce is one of the nicest things I've ever eaten!

They sound lovely. I'll be having a look at those tonight. Thank you Smile
