Looking forward to hearing everyone's store cupboard meals! Has the current situation changed what and how you eat?

I'll go first:

Homemade banana muffin for breakfast
3 lotus biscuits with coffee
A banana post- home workout
Another coffee

Dinner will be an interesting creation: a kind of lemony rice-cabbage thing with anchovies. Hoping it turns out ok!!

Usually at the weekend I go all out with a late brunch as a treat on a Saturday: scrambled eggs. (remember eggs?) avocado, maybe some halloumi if I'm really pushing the boat out, sourdough. I'm definitely eating less overall, I think possibly as a result of being better slept, since I just have to roll up to my kitchen table by 9.30 these days as I'm working from home. I don't know if I'm necessarily eating better since I've had a fair amount of sugar today already, but I think fewer calories overall, so swings and roundabouts...

Breakfast was a bacon roll, lunch a egg mayo sandwich and crisps, supper will be home made chicken goujons, with chips with added chip spice made in the acti fry plus home made smokey baked beans and I'm just about to make this chocolate cake www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/chocolate-sponge-cake

small bowl of Pasta with veg loaded ragu, grated cheese and half a slice of bread.
4 blueberries
Half a slice of banana bread that ds and I made yesterday

That's probably for me today. I have zero appetite and if it wasn't for the kids/dh wouldn't bother cooking. On the plus side, I'm probably cooking healthier and more inventatively than I have in a while. My Grandmothers would be proud of me.

Our fresh food is disappearing at a rate of knots with 6 adults in the house......... both DD's BFs are marooned here and our regular Ocado shop last wednesday has all but vanished. Trying not to have to go out but it's looking more and more likely Hmm
