A sealed Brie that I've just found in the fridge with use by date of 14th March???

I haven't opened it as I fear that it might try to savage us all if I release it from it's bonds...

In better news, the Stilton looks great for at least another month though. Grin

I have some wax covered cheese that was bought before xmas last year, I am so glad I have saved it as cheese is getting hard to find round here .

I also have a large half disc of Stilton that atm is fine but I know when I open it it will go off quickly ( its at least 3 months old ! ) so I need some crackers adding to my shopping list !

Yes yours will be fine ,

CarolHasAnotherUTI · 28/03/2020 14:33

Yes. I'm currently eating cheese that is a month out of date.
