A lovely print I've considered buying for ages. You?

Taking DS1 away with my best friend and her daughter who is the same age as DS.

We were meant to be going away this weekend but it's obviously not happening.

I'd love to go on a family holiday, but DS1 starts school in September so doubt we will get an affordable chance this year.

Book DS 1&2 in to grandparents for sleepovers,

Give my mum a real hug, an air kiss through a window wasn't ideal.

Go out for a meal with DH.

Take DS1 swimming, he's missing his lessons already.

So much. We have been self isolated for a week already as I've had symptoms since last Tuesday and the four of us in the house has been hard. We are exhausted.

Taking my little granddaughter and my DD's out for the day. To the zoo or the beach.

I will be glad to get back to work. I've missed my work mates so much already.

Going for a meal and drinks with family and friends.

Hopefully getting married as we've had to cancel our wedding in May 😩

A long-haul flight with the whole family to visit my in-laws in England and take them out for dinner at their favorite restaurant. Or have the extended family over and we have a cook-out together with lots of yummy food and plenty of drinks.

I'm going to take ds to mcdonald's and the cinema. I'll also be spending a day in London to see a show and maybe afternoon tea, then out for cocktails.

The holiday I'm meant to be on right now!

And I hope I won't take anything simple like walking round to my mums or going to the shop for granted ever again.

Oh I forgot dentist (because it's a chore but will never take him for granted again. And physio. That, I can't wait for.

Normal life. A weekend cup of tea with elderly friends up the road, book group, meeting my best mate in a cafe. I'm quite antisocial and happy with my own company but I can't wait to see friends again.

Laughing with work colleagues in person rather than on zoom, holidays (just lost a long awaited one), lunch breaks out, Friday night post-work drinks, day trips, family gatherings, pottering round the shops, city breaks, a mezze platter from Comptoir Libonais

Things I will appreciate- deep cleaning the house, sitting in our garden, redecorating a couple of rooms (thank god I have the paint) catching up with reading a stack of books, sorting out my wardrobe

We'll be ok. It's just a lot to adjust to.

DisgraceToTheYChromosome, that’s something I’d never have thought of.

White sand tropical beach holiday

Ooh yes. I’ve never been on one of these, but they’re definitely on my bucket list. Warm water and sand like talcum powder Smile

I'm looking forward to going to a costa and getting a tiffin slice. I'm also looking forward to shops having things, so it's possible to get everything for a recipe and making a lemon drizzle cake

Don't laugh but I've got a new pair of shoes that were meant for a holiday and I've said the first time I'm wearing them is on the school run

A holiday. Had one planned for my birthday but it's in April and I don't think I'll get to go.
