Best soap for sore dry hands?

All this increased hand washing is causing my sons hands, and my hands, to get very dry and our knuckles are starting to crack and bleed.

We've been using carex advanced care, can you recommended something that works but is kinder to skin?

I have some dove bars but not sure if they have enough/any soap in to be truly effective?

Olive oil based bars are super softening. I sell them in my shop and the shea butter one is best. Aloe Vera is also very good.

I'm sure you could find some online - Etsy might be worth a try :)

Solid soap, followed by hand cream.

I've been using olive oil soap too, it's lovely. And a couple of doses of coconut oil as hand lotion after is helping too.

I have contact dermatitis on my hands, can’t really use any soap. I was prescribed Dermol 500 which you can use as a hand wash or moisturiser. It’s ruddy marvellous stuff.

One without triclosan. Most liquid soaps seem to have it.

Dove bars are fine btw. It's still soap...

There is an H45 soap which is very good when I get an outbreak also Alevono?

Get some Atrixo Protection hand cream. It's in a pale green tub and is fab at healing sore hands.

I'm struggling with the constant handwashing too and it's really helping.

Thank you! I wasn't sure if it needed some soapy ingredient in order to be effective at shifting the germs?

Any soap will shift germs.

Use simple or pure unfragranced soap and wash hands properly. Make sure he dries his hands on a soft dry towel. Hand cream without urea might help.

Avoid handwash, especially if the water isn't warm as it will not rinse off properly.

Dove isn't really soap.
