Why do you think that things are "designated" breakfast (and lunch/dinner) food. And there are looks of horror if you have something that is essentially the same

My youngest tolerates Nutella on toast, but much prefers it on standard plain white bread. If I allow it as a treat breakfast there are looks from other household members.
