Both ways,

she can roll onto her front but not from front to back. I'm literally rolling her over every 2 mins when she gets angry

She doesn't want to be anywhere but the floor. Feel like it's all I've done all day

What age is your baby Op?
They do drive you nuts sometimes. Rolling one way is a developmental stage that has to come first, before the get the second part of it!
Soon you will be watching her rolling across the floor and wishing she'd stay put Smile
Are you able to stop for a minute and have some Brew and Cake ?

I know it's difficult when she's frustrated, but she needs to spend time trying to work it out. Obviously you can't leave her for ages, but a minute or so of been frustrated (but not distressed) will not harm her. The more time she spends trying, the quicker she'll get it.

She's 4.5 months, I'm sure I will be having more fun when she's rolling all over the place, at least she'll be happier.

At least she's tiring herself out more so is having more mini naps

Don’t roll her...leave her to learn

ElderAve · 07/03/2020 13:55

DS1 was walking before he mastered rolling over Grin

None of my 3 ever rolled but walking at 10months

Motherofmonsters · 07/03/2020 14:04

My son learned how to roll from back into front at 4.5 months too but it took another month or so for him to learn how to do it the other way. I'm sure your baby will learn in her own time!

I'm getting frustrated at the fact that he only does it one direction. So he'll just keep rolling and rolling until he hits a wall or a piece of furniture, and gets stuck as he doesn't know how go back the other way.

So if your baby is anything like mine, you'll still be rescuing her even after she's figured this one out! Grin

At 6 months old, babies will typically roll over in both directions. It’s common for babies to roll over from tummy to back for a month or two before rolling over from their back to front
From a milestone website. This too shall pass. Keep saying that while eating the cake
