Help! I’ve a massive cystic acne spot on my forehead and an interview tomorrow

Can I do anything with it?

It’s full of puss, purple and angry... my hair sorta covers it but not much 😔

How I understand exactly what you are going through
Have you tried sudacream .?....put some on over night and it should be less angry ... I’m older now and it’s eased ... but the stress that put me under .... try taking zinc tablets ( check with doc first )
Supplements ... Zinc is a healer ... we don’t get enough in our diet ...and fatty food always made mine worse ... good luck ... drink water I know it’s boring but it will help ... I was told my liver does not like fatty food and that’s why my cystic acne erupted ....I never thought it would go but older and almost none existent ...

A pinprick with a sterilised fine needs to release any pus won't cause scabbing and will make it look much better.

Anusol - piles cream - can reduce angry swelling

Squeeze it, desinfect it and put a Compeed cold sore invisible patch on it. Then you can put concealer over the patch. It will disappear, guaranteed :). Good luck on your interview!

Years ago I went to a job interview with a massive hormonal spot on the end of my nose. I had just started going out with dh at the time and asked him if the spot was very noticeable, hoping to be reassured. He said "put it this way, you might as well be wearing a badge saying "I've got my period". I sometimes wonder why I married him. I got the job though.

Toothpaste overnight is good. Then lots of concealer tomorrow.

I’m cringing now at myself but I answered all the questions well - my hair covered the spot I just looked a bit like a Dulux dog 😆

Said spot will now be miraculously disappearing. They always know when the big event is over!

Em yeah it might have disappeared except I tried to pop it today (sorry @MagnoliaJustice and @ThunderPython!) and now it looks like I’ve cut my head!! 🤦‍♀️
