I want to sack my cleaner

But I want to do it nicely. I have used a small cleaning company for two years but I find them sloppy: dusting is poor and there are things not done which I really think should be. For example we have an armchair on short legs that has a lipstick and a toy under it and they're still there after this week's clean. When they first started working for me I told them a couple of times that I thought they had missed things. They were very nice about it but it hasn't changed. I don't want to address it with them again as I think I've given them ample chance to improve.
What shall I say to them? I'd like suggestions of how to let hem go without hurting their feelings please.

It's sad that so many posters are as cowardly as the OP, that can't tell a service provider that you are unhappy with their service.

It isn't rude! It's not unacceptable! To say :
The bits I asked to be addressed haven't been addressed.

Why are people so scared of telling the truth. Drives me crazy!

Oblomov20 I can see why it drives you nuts. My only excuse is that I have told them before.
As to those saying I should pick things up, yes, yes, yes, I agree but think if I miss a couple of small things it's not too much to expect the cleaner to just put them on the table. The feather ( tiny white one) would have been hoovered if they had hoovered at all.
