New job in healthcare, Coronavirus and poorly DD.

I am aware this is going to sound a little bit hysterical but I am wracked with worry.

I recently got a (much wanted) job working in healthcare with vulnerable, elderly and sometimes very poorly people. I also have a DD who has been quite unwell off and on since October (still trying to figure out what is wrong) with a very weak immune system. So weak that they told us she may have leukaemia (she didn't, thank God, though I've been a bit neurotic about her health since then)

With Coronavirus spreading and new cases popping up not too far from me, my main instinct to keep 4YODD safe and to keep us at home as much as possible, and if schools close she would be at home regardless. DH could work remotely but I would be expected to go in to work as normal for obvious reasons.

However, I am already getting sick so much more due to working in healthcare for the first time and I am so worried I will catch something and bring it home to DD. The facility I work at has yet to give us any real information about what to do if it spreads here. It would likely result in the deaths of many people I look after, which would be horrific Sad but I am also terrified I will give it to DD.

I suppose I am just looking for a hand hold/reassurance and some advice on what I should do. I would walk away from the job if it came to that as I am very sure DD would get very, very unwell if she catches it and I'm fortunate enough that we don't depend on it for financial reasons.

I suffer with anxiety so please don't flame me for being a hysteric!
