Anyone know a way around this - ebay - music magpie pricing issues?

So basically I'm selling a few things on ebay and one playstation game in particular, I put it so that it was the same price as music magpie's copy of it (they were and often are the cheapest for loads of dvds, games etc) and about an hour later I looked again and they had put theirs a penny lower than mine? I've seen them do this on amazon too in the past - it's as if they have the computer set to do it and make theirs a penny lower than the lowest price.

I really need to shift my stuff but they are kind of preventing me - especially if they have several copies of an item. Can anyone think of a way around this so I can sell my things faster?

I never bother putting old games or DVDs on eBay. Sometimes they don’t sell for months and it’s all for a quid or so, and you’ve still got to go to the post office. I imagine people would turn to eBay first over Music Magpie as not everyone will have heard of MM, so I can’t imagine their prices would affect you too much. If you need it gone in a hurry then I’d save the effort of eBay and just take it all to the charity shop (if they still accept DVDs as my local doesn’t Confused) or accept the lower MM offer and get rid of them all at once.

It depends what the item is, I'e made a decent amount on most things, average on dvds and games about £4 (sometimes more) after fees and post. I have already taken the very very low priced stuff to charity.

My nearest Barnardos took dvds and video games no problem.
